Absolutely, positively lived up to the 20 year hype! 🥹 There’s not a bad seat in the theater it currently resides in IMO, but I sat 4 rows back in the mezzanine. ☺️ amazing job y’all!

Loved the theatre! Went to the musical Chicago which is an absolute must see when in NYC. The people were really nice when guiding you to your seat and the guy who sold the drinks and snacks was hilarious. The only downside about this building was the bathrooms. There were 7 for the ladies, and with a full theatre it caused a long line. However, once it was moving, it wasn’t too bad. Overall, really recommend going to the Ambassador Theatre!

Stunning little theater, careful of the bar... super pricey.Chicago's screen play amazing with a super cast. One of the main performers was out and the under study stood in, she did great, but the main cast was spectacular

It is a decent theater, quite small for Broadway. The nice thing about it is that you always have a pretty good view, however at least where we were sitting the seats are very close together. We were in the mezzanine and my knees were almost brushing the back of the head of the person in the row in front of me. Zero leg room. Also the hallways are, cozy especially at intermission there really isn't a place to stretch your legs except in the isles. That said the staff was excellent and they did do what they could to mitigate these limitations. We saw Chicago which was a good fit for the theater since it has an on-stage band and there really aren't set or costume changes. All in all I wouldn't be racing to come back to this one, but it was not a bad experience either.

For my first Broadway show, it definitely did not disappoint. I loved Chicago from the beginning to the very end!! The ambassador theatre has a retro feel to that and I would go back to see another performance. One of the best nights of my life.

Saw Chicago. First show ever in NYC. Wonderfully intimate theater. Not a bad seat in the house. Sound system was excellent. Not too loud, but good intelligibility. Decent drinks, though very small selection of beverages. Could use more bathrooms, but that would more benefit the ladies than the fellows.

Amazing show, beautiful theater, talented actors. It’s a memorable experience. Even caught a lil improv when Roxie noticed a young person in the audience. It was a cute nod to a surprise young audience member, as this show is not intended for younger children. The actors bring you into the story. They make you feel as you are part of the show. A clever mix of humor, music, dance and all the glam of Broadway. A little advice if you want to use the restroom during intermission the line gets long and the show goes on.

I thought the show was decent overall, but it wasn't my favorite Broadway show. It did have some funny moments, and overall the actors were professional and good actors, and the storyline was good. Some parts were a little slower though. But overall, a decent show. However, the seats were very small. There wasn't much room between all of the seats, so I was kind of squished between people for the whole show! And the bathrooms were quite small as well.

I did enjoy the experience. The seats were not the most comfortable and I felt the first half was a bit slow, but much better in the second half. The actors were good to be fair and singing was good too. I would recommend, but can’t compare it to other shows on Broadway as I only went to the one. Its not as good as ‘We will rock you’ that I saw in the west end in London (but this is a high bar in my opinion), but still worth a watch.
