Watched the MJ show there on a matinee. The show was decent and the sight lines are very good because of the steep angle of the seats. However they are very cramped for a taller adult. The men’s washroom was quite messy.

We went on Sep 2024 for the MJ Musical. Place is great. The play was amazing. No need to wait in a huge line cause we had assigned seats. The lady at the box office was not very welcoming considering I stated from the beginning it was my first time and I needed to change my dates.

Let me start by saying this is a gorgeous theater. However, it's old and lacks an elevator or escalator. If you're heading to the mezzanine, be prepared for a lot of narrow steps. Even the restrooms require navigating narrow stairs, which isn't ideal for those with mobility issues. I came here for the fabulous show "MJ the Musical," which was extraordinary. However, the mezzanine seats were very narrow, and my knees bumped the chairs in front of me. Fortunately, my friend and I could move to the row below to spread out, as it wasn't fully occupied.

I came here on a college trip to see the new Michael Jackson musical and it was phenomenal to say the least. The seating was great, the staff were very helpful in guiding you to your seat(s). The theater as a whole was very nice and beautiful. Would love to come back again in the future to catch another play or musical.

I love this theater!! I have seen MJ the Musical there now twice and saw the Color Purple there in 2016! It’s what made me want to move to NYC and I did a few months later. Now my friends are performing! The staff is super friendly and easy going! Sometimes staff can be pushy and overbearing but I’ve always had a good experience here!

I use the lot across the street, which makes for a stress free trip into the city.Theater: Perfectly sized!!! A nice theater located in the Broadway. We've been there during the MJ - The Musical tour, and it was a good experience. The seats are comfortable and from row O we've had a good view of the show. It's a shame the doors open only 30 minutes before the show starts. And the drinks are really overpriced.
