California-born, Manchester-based songwriter Jesca Hoop unveils her seventh solo album and announces an expansive multi-continent tour starting this May.
Jesca Hoop’s latest album, Long Wave Home, is out now, marking a significant milestone in her career with soundscapes crafted across studios in the UK. Collaborating with engineers Tim Thomas and Leo Abrahams, she pursued a unique sonic vision that reflects personal growth and resilience. The album’s themes are inspired by profound life moments, including overcoming adversity and embracing responsibility for one’s own happiness.
The upcoming tour kicks off in the UK on May 12, visiting notable venues in cities such as Edinburgh, London, and Bristol through May 23. Jesca then travels to the United States for a selection of concerts including stops in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, and New York City throughout June and early July. The journey concludes with a European leg in September featuring shows in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, and Switzerland.
