Know Before You Go

General Info

The Canada Life Place bag policy is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and to help streamline the entry process for a more enjoyable experience. Large bags will not be permitted, with the exception of medically necessary items, which will be inspected upon entry. Guests may bring a clutch or small bag no larger than 8" x 8", or a clear bag up to 12" x 12". Lockers are available inside the Gate 1 and Gate 5 lobbies for $7.50 to store items that exceed the permitted size. Small diaper bag

Child Policy

For most events, children are welcome. Children 24 months of age and older require a ticket. Some shows have a different policy for children, which will be stated on the event page, and on the canadalifeplace.com web site.

Parking

There is no parking on site at Canada Life Place. There are a number of municipally and privately owned pay and display parking lots around the venue.
