Such a fantastic experience. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend and figured since she loves theater and I myself enjoy a good Broadway show that going to see a show would be the perfect date. I bought tickets to go see Back To The Future The Musical, and while the show was absolutely fantastic I couldn’t help but to notice how wonderful the actual theatre holding the performance was. From the amazing atmosphere to the friendly staff, I was blown away from the experience and pleasure I had gotten from visiting this establishment.First off as the theatre is located in a very convenient location, we took maybe a 10 minute Uber from our hotel located in Hell’s Kitchen. All around the theatre were other restaurants and activities to do which for me is a massive plus.Secondly after we made it through security and first took our steps into the main atrium we both had felt as if we had stepped into a classy and luxurious space. I myself felt as though every penny I had spent on the show itself was worth it. From the beautiful moldings to the wonderful layout of the theatre, every aspect felt as though we were being treated as special guests. The staff there as well were incredibly friendly. So friendly in fact that during intermission of the show we both wound up striking a conversation with one of the gentlemen behind the concessions stand for about 15 minutes. The theatre all in all was perfect and we enjoyed every second being there. We will absolutely be attending the Winter Garden Theatre again and I personally cannot wait.

What a wonderful theater. There is actually no bad seat in the whole place!! Feel confident in picking ANYONE. We saw Back To The Future and was mesmerized. The special effects and quality of sound blew us away. The 3D elements wowed as well. Pricing was affordable, and the location is right in the heart of Times Square. Parking, restaurants and shops are everywhere and close. I am looking forward to seeing the musical again and many more that are hosted here.

The musical Back to the Future is great. I had the unlucky experience of sitting 2 rows behind a very tall person and his head literally blocked the view of the center stage no matter how i moved my head around.I was just at Wicked and in that theater sitting in similar seats (w orchestra in the middle) i had the perfect view. The floor has more of an incline, even if someone in front was taller, you could still see over their head because you were seated higher.Unless you get closer seats, sitting back here at the Winter Garden is a lottery. You either luck out and have a tiny kid sitting in front of you, or you paid a good amount of money to watch the back of someone's head.
The performance “Back to the Future” was absolutely amazing, but the Winter Garden staff and security were the rudest I’ve ever experienced on Broadway. It felt more like a rock concert, which may be actually saying too much. Thugs is probably the best and most accurate descriptor of the staff, who were more bouncers than professional staff. Between the toothless security guard, who was straight out of central casting, and the “suits” and their profanity laced F-bombs as they admitted people into the theater, my family and I were thoroughly embarrassed. Seriously, these derelicts could have ruined the entire show and experience if we allowed it.If possible, save yourself and your family the stress and drama by avoiding the Winter Garden Theater and choosing one of the finer, classier establishments on Broadway.
Saw Back to the future. Theatre was great. We were on the far stage right and was a little obstructed. Spend the money for center seats! We had a pediatric wheelchair and they were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

A must see if your a back to the futures fan. It was well done and I loved that it wasn’t 100% like the movie (or I would of recited the whole movie) the theater was excellent, we did have front row seats but any where you sat was a great seat. You can see perfect from the back. I do wish they had more souvenirs but I loved it.

We bought our tickets direct from the theatre yesterday and saved on the fees that online booking agencies charged. Don’t be fooled into thinking you can’t get last minute tickets because you certainly can. The ticket seller was very helpful in assisting us to purchase great seats 10 rows from the front of the stage.Back to the Future was absolutely terrific fun and the cast were all amazing. The staging and special effects were very impressive and nothing like I’ve ever seen before. This show sets a new standard in live theatre. Loved it! orchestra were

Really loved back to the future at winter garden. The theatre gives an old world vibe and I felt I was transported back in time. The production of back to the future was great. We had third row seats and were close to the action. The acoustics are great. Seats can be a bit small for large people.

Beautiful theater, fantastic show. The theater personnel are very polite and friendly. The venue is clean and well maintained. We saw Back to the Future and it is fantastic. The cast is excellent. Their portrayal of the characters is amazing. As a Back to the Future movie fan, I would say they are exactly what you'd expect to see.The car is like nothing you ever seen before. It is truly part of the cast. It talks, lights up, blows smoke, and even flies. The special effects far exceeded my expectations. As a live theater fan, I couldn't believe how amazing this show is. I think it will remain on Broadway for many years. If you're an avid theater fan this is one you won't want to miss and if you have never been to a live show before this would be a great first theater experience.Bravo to the creators, producer, director, cast, orchestra, choreographer, set designers, costume designers, stage crew, sound crew, lighting crew, and all the other people behind the scenes that make this show great.Thank You Winter Garden Theater for hosting this wonderful show."Spoiler alert don't read below if you don't want to know what happens"You will be amazed at what the car can do. Imagine a car lifting off the stage the wheels fold under it before it flies from the stage to above the audience while hovering there it turns upside down with Doc and Marty waving at you, once it returns up rite it spins around 180 degrees then flies into the stage and disappears. You don't need to imagine it. Go see this show and it will happen right before your eyes.
