Came here to see Hamilton. The venue was pretty nice, and the seats had a great view (front row of Rear Mezzanine). Only one set of restrooms for men (and same for women) at the very bottom floor of the theatre (down some stairs from the entrance). Plenty of loos (for men, at least), but it was cramped to get into. Theatre lobby got very crowded during the intermission, meaning it was difficult to push through the crowds heading downstairs while I was trying to get back upstairs to my seat. The show (Hamilton) was absolutely amazing and I'd definitely recommend seeing it!

With a visit to see Hamilton in Richard Rodger’s theater is a great experience. The play is really great. I haven’t seen anything like it for a while. A very long while. The theater itself matches Hamilton perfectly with its old and intimate atmosphere l. Loved every moment there and a note to all, don’t miss the play. Must see. As many as you can. You won’t get enough of it.

OK, I have truly only one complaint, OK maybe two! The first is that this theater is not friendly to handicap. Not personally, but has no escalators and no elevators that we saw. My friend has really bad knees and it took us quite a bit of time to get to our seats on the second upper balcony, There are many many flights needed to get up stairs to the upper balconies and no escalator or elevator. The theater itself is absolutely gorgeous, unfortunately our seats Were a little high in the balcony area and not the best. It’s still a wonderful Broadway show, we loved every minute of it! Hamilton is amazing, but next time if I come back to this theater, I will have to splurge to be a little bit lower to get better seating. I did not enjoy the upper balcony view. The theater is gorgeous and timeless, but not updated for handicap.

Went to a Sunday afternoon performance of Hamilton. The security check seemed really minimal at this theater in comparison to others I've been to. Staff was very efficient at getting people through the doors.Box office staff was very kind and helpful. I had won the Hamilton lottery for this performance date, the person I received my tickets from was super quick but very friendly. On the same day of my winning, I had asked for accommodation via email for a disability and it was met without issue, which made everything way less nerve-wracking and much more comfortable. On the day of the performance I was absolutely thrilled to learn that our tickets were front row seats, and that was the cherry on top of everything. I was a bit worried I'd not be able to see as much but it was just fine.Every staff member we had the pleasure of coming into contact with was absolutely wonderful, easy-going, and helpful. As usual, pics are allowed before and after- prohibited during. Pictures and videos are okay during intermission as well. The seats themselves are pretty tight. I'm 5'9", pretty thick and they weren't uncomfortable at all, but I feel like if I were any taller or bigger I might have had some issues with the comfort level. I trust the staff would be extremely willing to give seat measurements or whatever you need if you were to call. The theater wasn't as cold to me as some others have been, but that could be because we were so close and the stage lighting and such was making it a bit warmer- bring a sweater just in case. The under seat room is not overly generous, but a mid sized bag (I have a mini backpack, probably about 12in by 10in and it was fine, but much bigger than that I think I'd have had an issue.)I can't comment on the restrooms, as we did not use them here. The theater itself is very well maintained and very clean, so I'm assuming that restrooms would be likely to follow suit. This theater felt a bit smaller, and from what I could see there are only two doors- one on either side of the theater. It gets pretty crazy coming in and out because you're packed against other people- but it all moves quick and the theater doors to outside doors is a very short distance. I initially felt a bit claustrophobic because I could only perceive two exits, but that's not the fault of the theater of course.Overall this experience was wonderful, and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again!

This show is a 10 star experience. The set is very minimal but gorgeously done. The way this show uses people as props and to stand in for certain things is just, mind blowing. The costumes were incredible, the rest of the actual props used were well done. I'm huge on set design/props/costuming and they just blew this out of the water completely.I was honestly left speechless over this show. It's beautiful. The writing, the talent, literally everything about it is insanely well done. It made me laugh, it made me *GASP*, it made me cry.Hamilton is worth every penny. You'd be doing yourself a great injustice if you miss it.The show is not too overwhelming in general- there is some smoke that may get out to you if you're close to the stage- and you can definitely smell it closer, but everything else was fine sensory wise, in my opinion.

I haven't been to this theater for many years, but was glad to see that nothing has changed when I came to see Hamilton this week. The show was very good and the atmosphere is simply fantastic, engendering the nostalgia of classic New York. From the hidden orchestra, front and rear mezzanines, to the private balconies, and vaulting ceiling, the Richard Rogers Theater is among the best Broadway has to offer. The theater staff behind the concessions are polite and friendly, while the floor staff is typically filled with authoritarian-type figures who crave attention and over-exercise their authority by reprimanding people for the slightest infractions, usually without grace or tact. So be prepared for these gems! Despite that drawback, I highly recommend whatever is playing there to visit. You won't regret it!

Visiting time square, New York and experiencing Hamilton live is the most profound experience you will ever experience in your entire life. The cast was beyond words I can convey. The staff is amazing. The drinks are great. Plus I was financially blessed to be able to buy a solo front row tickets, which is the only way I'd do it again.Hamilton is a life changing experience, beyond the big city and bright lights.Kamil,

Anyone giving this less than 5 stars better have an insane reason. An amazing couple of hours. Everything about the show is a 10/10 we got the cheapest seats in the house $99 for our show on valentine's day and the only problem is that one light that is slightly in the way at 2 points in the entire show. Not an issue though as every other part of the stage is fully visible. Anyone considering it for whatever reason do it. Truly fantastic experience.I guess the only thing that could be problematic is the theater only has one set of exit doors so hundreds cram through it after the show is over. However wait a second and look at the stage when it's over you'll miss a fair bit of the leaving rush

Five star experience. I’ve seen almost all the major shows at Broadway by now, and this was by far the best. Special shoutout to the manager, Tim Pettolina, who was extremely nice and accommodating since we were delayed by a car accident. He offered for us to come back to watch the part we missed at a later date, free of charge. 10/10 recommend!

I loved seeing Hamilton on broadway. The actors were very talented, the singing was on-point, and it was well choreographed. It’s a great, modern tribute to the life of Alexander Hamilton and encompasses his time in the Revolutionary War, his tenure as treasury secretary, rivalries with other finding fathers, his personal life, and his death. The play was very exciting and action-packed throughout its duration. I could really see the hard work that went into this play. I’d highly recommend seeing Hamilton on broadway.
