Went to see this show on a whim and it’s absolutely brilliant. I read a couple of negative reviews from people who have clearly completely missed the point. If you appreciate great singing, have a sense of humour and aren’t homophobic you’ll love this. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more!!

Amazing time at the Stephen Sondheim Theater. I went to see “& Juliet” - The play was fantastic, which definitely added to the overall experience. The theater itself is clean and well organized. During intermission, getting beverages was smooth, and everything seemed to work great for everyone. I was a bit disappointed they didn’t have coffee but it might have been the hour. The bathrooms were also clean and organized, the staff was super friendly. And while overall it felt a little crowded, it never felt overwhelming, a crowd it is to be expected.A great place to catch a show!

Theater was good, cast enthousiastic. However thin story line and the play itself never exceeded the level of a highschool play.

I’ve been lucky to see a lot of Broadway shows and this easily ranks in the top 5. Great music that you’ll recognize and characters you can relate to. Definitely caters more towards a female audience but the overall experience was one of my favorite! I don’t often see a show twice but this one I would in a heartbeat!

My wife and I saw this play a few days ago. It is surprisingly entertaining with various unpredictable twists.. singing is great but particularly the lady who played the wife of Shakespeare has a tremendously nice voice. One thing I will warn against is buying something at the bar where they will automatically put it into a cup made for the play and charge you an extra $6 without asking you. I ordered a white claw drink and ended up paying over $18 for it because the cup costs something like $6.

The music slayed, the acting hilarious. I would love to rate this 5 stars. However, Juliet the main actor, did not sing in sync with the music. That really threw me off. The storyline and song selection will leave you entranced and singing along though, so I definitely recommend.P.S. - THIS SHOW IS NOT FOR KIDS OR THOSE WHO ARE LOOKING NOT TO BE EXPOSED TO THE CURRENT SOCIAL CLIMATE.

What a wonderful and unexpected experience to be viewing a delightful twist of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet! Life is too depressing so a love story with a happy ending is most appreciated. The audience left dancing in the aisles. It was great remedy for my usual dull Sunday afternoon! 🎭❤️

At first I didn’t want to see this. Got tickets because my daughter wanted to see it. The amount of talent on the stage is ridiculous. Watched Hamilton the day after but the talent on this stage is very powering. I do love Schitt’s Creek and saw the song list. Had very low expectations. I am a huge musical fan and this was not on my top 3 shows to see on broadway. Huge Thank you to the cast. Blown away by the show. Made our NY trip. I’ve listened to the soundtrack a couple of times but it doesn’t do the show justice. Some of the original cast is still on stage. Great writing. Great story line. Great songs. Thank you. This is one of my favorite musicals.

Recently visited NYC and enjoyed the production of “& Juliet”The box office receives 5 stars. The attendant was incredibly helpful & informative. The seat map makes it easy to choose where you’d like to sit. You also avoid some online fees by visiting the ticket counter in person.Showtime, the ushers did an excellent job getting everyone inside with a timely manner. The sound, lighting, and view from the seats were all on par. They lost a star for the bathroom situation. There is only one bathroom, and none on the balcony floor. The line to go during intermission became ridiculous. The ONLY way you can go is if you bolt for the facilities right at curtain. (But of course, no running)

Wow "&Juliet" was such a fun show to watch! I haven't watched a musical since before covid and I was reminded of how much I had enjoyed them! I got my ticket during a sale so it was a great price.I loved how all the pop songs were incorporated into the plot so seamlessly. I heard a lot of songs from my younger days and it almost felt like a nostalgic visit to the past. Maya Boyd absolutely killed it as Juliet, during her first solo song, I literally had tears in my eyes by the time she finished singing it. She did all the songs so much justice as she always sang with such clarity and power depending on the scene. The surprise appearance by De Bois band was one of my favorite parts of the show as their performance had everyone waving their hands like it was an impromptu concert.I was seated in orchestra on the left side row N closer to the center and honestly it was a great view. Each row was one step lower than the one in front so unless someone has a super tall torso, the stage wasn't blocked at all.The restrooms were on the lounge level so it gets quite crowded during intermission and after the show. Best to go right before the show starts.

Caught &Juliet here a few weeks ago and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. I got a rush ticket and was assigned a seat on the mezzanine, which had a terrific view of the stage. Seats were very comfortable and the theatre was also very organized. Long queues for the toilet but there are plenty of stalls and they had people to help with crowd control so the line moved really quickly. I enjoyed my theatre experience here and would love to come back again.

This was a blast for our group of 13 to 72 years old. The script is a hilarious take on Shakespeare with phenomenal acting and signing. Romeo and his wife (Anne) have a terrific banter aside from being amazing singers.

What a great theatre. Seats were right up to the stage (the orchestra came out at the end but they weren’t in the usual orchestra pit between the stage and the audience, not sure where they were). Individual seats were roomy. We sat in orchestra Row F on right facing the stage and there was almost like an open aisle in front of us giving us space to completely stretch our legs, if needed. We saw ‘& Juliet’ which was amazing, we absolutely loved it!!

Such a fun show! The staging, choreography and costumes stood out to me the most. Vocals were amazing, and the character development was 10/10. They pack a lot into this show. The 90s/00s music was fun but with a storyline so compelling, a few original songs would have blown me away. My favorite character was definitely the Nurse, Angelique.

Great show that incorporates a lot of really great hits from the 1990’s and 2000’s. Both kids really enjoyed the story - there were lots of laughs throughout this modern spin on a classic romantic comedy. After the show we got to see and get pictures and autographs from many of the cast members who were very sweet and happy to stop with everyone who was there.
